Terrible time to ask a survey when the customer hasn’t received the product. The shipment hasn’t arrived yet. The person that handled the situation did a fantastic job. Whomever thought it was a good idea to ask how I like paying for things I haven’t received yet needs to think that through. “How do you like paying the difference for shipment of an item that you’re not even certain isn’t defective, free of issues, fits appropriately, etc.?” That’s like the waiter that brings your food and before you take a bite asks how everything tastes. Chill bro.

Yes, you are right. It's not a good idea to conduct a survey when the customer hasn't received the product yet.
However, this link is for customers who have made a wrong purchase and choose to replace the product to pay the difference.

I absolutely love these fender liners. They are extremely well made. I also love that you can customize the plate to your liking. I personally did pink! I have been bragging to all my Jeep friends about them!
