Versatile Structure. The Discovery Ⅰ Front Bumper provides full-width front-end protection while adding a rugged and stylish appearance to your vehicle. It includes 4×18W LED spotlights to improve visibility, especially in low-light conditions. The bumper features high-strength D-ring mounts, although the D-rings are not included. It has a built-in winch plate capable of supporting winches with up to a 12,000 lbs capacity. In addition, a license plate mounting bracket is included for legal compliance.

Heavy Duty Structure. The main body of the bumper is crafted from heavy-duty, high tensile 11-gauge (1/8 inch) steel. The winch plate is made from 8-gauge (11/64 inch) steel. This robust material provides strength and resilience to withstand impacts and off-road challenges. The bumper is coated with a textured black powder coat finish on the exterior. Inside a premium E-coating process is applied. This combination of exterior and interior finishes provides both strength and protection against various environmental factors.

Bolt On Installation. The bumper is purposefully designed as a direct replacement for the original stock bumper, utilizing the existing factory hardware and mounting points on your vehicle without requiring significant modifications, cutting, or welding. Specialized tools or advanced mechanical skills are not necessary. Essential hand tools that are commonly available are sufficient for the installation.
