Follow these steps to install the Jeep Wrangler Fender Flare

Step 1: Gather Tools and Materials

• 13mm Wrench
• 13mm Socket Wrench
• One Drill
• 8mm Drill Bit
• Rivet Nut Tool

Step 2: Remove the Original Fender Flares

1. Locate Fasteners: Identify and remove the screws or bolts securing the original fender flares. These are typically found around the edges.
2. Careful Removal: Gently pull the original flares away from the body of the Jeep to avoid damaging the paint or bodywork.

Step 3: Install Front Fender Flares

1. Position the Flare: Align the new front fender flare with the mounting holes on the Jeep.
2. Secure with Bolts: Use the M8 Hex Bolts, nuts, and flat washers to attach the flare.

• Insert the bolts through the flare into the mounting holes.
• Tighten the nuts securely but avoid over-tightening, which could damage the flare or the Jeep’s body.

Step 4: Install Rear Fender Flares

1. Position and Align: Similar to the front, position the rear fender flare onto the body.

2. Secure Using Hex Bolts and Rivet Nuts:

• Red Circle Installation: Use M8*25 Hex Bolts, M8*22*1.2 Flat Washers, and M8*10.8 Rivet Nuts.
• Yellow Circle Installation: Repeat the process using M8*25 Hex Bolts, M8*22*1.2 Flat Washers, and M8 Flange Hex Lock Nuts.

3. Tighten and Secure: Ensure all bolts are tightened properly and the flare is firmly attached.
